Kratom Overdose: What You Should Know

As the popularity of kratom continues to grow, so does it recreational usage among users. As with many things, if you take too much of it, it may be harmful. Kratom is no different, or is it? If you’ve taken kratom with other drugs or too much kratom right now, you need to call 911.

Kratom is being ingested by people for a number of purposes now and know-how among more of the people is increasing about the kratom plant. Kratom tolerance is always a big debate. For me personally, I’ve found mixing my kratom strains up helps a lot. By doing so, my body doesn’t get use to one specific kratom strain. Some people recommend it, others do not but it works for me.

Some people learn how to potentiate their kratom, this helps the effects you feel. Other kratom users choose to only take it a few times a week. In proper doses, kratom is safe.

Some kratom users choose to consume kratom in different ways, such as kratom tea and kratom capsules. They feel mixing these up help with tolerance.
