Kratom Addiction

Is it possible to get addicted to kratom?

Yes, it’s always a possibility. Anything can become an addiction if you let it. Sex, smartphones, smoking, drinking, drugs, you get the point.

Many kratom users understand this and they would rather be addicted to kratom versus being addicted to drugs. I’m not saying that’s the right way or wrong way to view it, just stating the facts.

If you take kratom long enough, your body is going to get use to it, so what can you do?

Kratom tolerance is always a big debate. For me personally, I’ve found mixing my kratom strains up helps a lot. By doing so, my body doesn’t get use to one specific kratom strain. Some people recommend it, others do not but it works for me.

Some people learn how to potentiate their kratom, this helps the effects you feel. Other kratom users choose to only take it a few times a week. In proper doses, kratom is safe.

Some kratom users choose to consume kratom in different ways, such as kratom tea and kratom capsules. They feel mixing these up help with tolerance.

Kratom is an amazing supplement, but you do have to be mindful of how you use kratom.
