KRATOM FOR ANXIETY – IS IT TRUE?

Can kratom help someone’s anxiety? Can mitragyna speciosa be the answer for stress?

While we don’t have a lot of research and studies on kratom, we do have some great work completed and we have user experiences to learn from.

We know kratom contains 7-hydroxymitragynine and mitragynine, two compounds that has a number of different effects. While kratom is commonly known as an analgesic, it could have many more uses than just pain relief.

The answer is yes, kratom for anxiety, it may work well!

Kratom might be used to treat stress, anxiety, nervousness, worry, concern, and apprehension.

Now, you have to be careful which kratom strains you choose.

WHICH KRATOM STRAINS MAY BE GOOD FOR ANXIETY?

Different kratom strains may effect how you feel when you take kratom.

The question: what might be  the best kratom strains for anxiety?

(1) BORNEO KRATOM

One of the most popular recommendations to fight anxiety may be Boreno kratom. If you’re having trouble sleeping, worry a lot, always feel anxious, you may consider trying this strain. Borneo is also known for having smaller side effects when compared to other kratom strains.

(2) INDO KRATOM

Indo kratom might be one of the most sought after kratom strains on the market. Indo might help with pain relief, mood elevation, relaxation, and sedation. When it comes to potency, Indo might be similar to Borneo kratom. However, it’s Indo that often could have a less sedating feeling versus its counterpart. Just like Bali kratom and Borneo kratom, Indo may also be used for its sedative properties.

(3) BALI KRATOM

One of the most commonly bought kratom strains is Bali kratom. While Bali may be known more for its ability to fight pain, it may also show a sedative effect that men and women like. You want to be aware of how much Bali kratom you take as it could produce nausea if you take too much. Make sure you start with a smaller dosage to begin with.

(4) THAI KRATOM

Now, if you suffer from depression, we’d recommend you may think of using a Thai strain. Thai strains could be great for those who suffer from depression as it may give you energy and helps you become more sociable. It may prove to be stimulating and may also enhance your mood.

(5) MALAYSIA KRATOM

Just like Thai kratom, you may consider this specific kratom strain for focus and patience. Lower doses may give you energy while a higher dose might be more sedative. While it may have energy properties, it may also help with anxiety and stress.

(6) RED VEIN KRATOM

A lot of people may prefer red vein kratom when seeking a solution for anxiety. When you’re looking for red strains, you want to be careful what you buy. Take the time to learn what each red strain does.

ONE BIG THING TO TAKE AWAY

Before we close out this guide, it’s important to understand that we’re all different. Despite proof that these strains help with anxiety, stress and depression, you may not experience the same result. This is why it’s important to try a little of each strain and see how it goes.

If you’re new to kratom, me sure to monitor your kratom dosage. Try taking 1-2 grams to begin with, give it 30-45 minutes to kick in. If you don’t feel anything after that time, take another small dose of 1-2 grams.
